Once you purchase your support block, you will be added to a support area inside your Teachable account where you can ask your questions. You can either post publicly in this area or privately via a form. Your messages go directly to Amy and will be answered as soon as possible - usually in 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST).
Your support begins on the date and time of your purchase. There is no pausing, or activating at a later date. So only purchase when you're ready to use it.
In general, this is a support add-on for the Great at Procreate course. Your questions and requests should be related to the course content.
You are welcome to ask for clarification about ANYTHING inside the Great at Procreate course. For example:
The following types of questions are not always possible for me to answer:
Because these types of questions are not related to the course content, I will try to guide you to the best solution for you. There are times where I'll be able to answer these questions for you. But private one-on-one teaching of a new skill (not covered in the course) is out of the scope of what this is.
For example: You want support in learning how to make your own custom pattern stamp for a bluestone paver patio. Since this is not something that's taught in the course, I won't be able to support you on this (it's also a very advanced skill). I can, however, guide you to the process I recommend for creating hardscaping templates (which is covered inside of the course). I will even look at your templates and give you tips to improve them.
If you are unsure whether your specific support needs are covered, first email Amy at contact@prettypurpledoor.com. Tell me what you need and I'll tell you if I am able to help you with it.

No. You must take my Great at Procreate course to be able to purchase additional blocks of support.
Online course purchases from Pretty Purple Door always come with a 14-day money back guarantee (read terms here).
Support that's included with the Great at Procreate course cannot be separately refunded - even if you don't use the support. Should you request a refund for the course within the 14-day window, you will also lose access to support.
Since you're purchasing additional support (after already having access to support for 3 months) you already know what you're getting.
Therefore, there are no refunds on additional support packages - even if you don't use the support. So make sure you're ready to use it when you purchase.

Hello! My name is Amy Fedele and I live in NE Pennsylvania. I have a degree in graphic design and media technology and 20+ years experience in the field. Since 2014, I've been teaching garden design and writing gardening articles on my website, PrettyPurpleDoor.com.
Below are some reasons why I feel I'm uniquely qualified to teach this course. I hope it helps you to make the right decision for YOU!
✅ I am educated in technology, communications, design AND landscaping: I have a degree in Mass Communications and Media Technology and a diploma in Garden Design and Maintenance. I've worked in tech/design for 20+ years and landscaping for 10+ years.
✅ I love technology: I have been using Adobe products (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) for the last 20+ years. So, I'm no stranger to tech & design. I love to try out ANY new software that comes out. My love of tech comes out in my teaching, making it fun and easy to follow along.
✅ I've trained many non-techy people: I spent 6 years managing a very large University website, while providing training and ongoing support to 170 (mostly non-techy) web content editors tasked with updating various areas of the website. So, if you're not a tech-geek like me... that's ok... I've got your back.
✅ I have A LOT of patience: I spent 5 years providing training and support at an international nonprofit that teaches women in Africa basic computer and finance skills. During my time there, I trained over 25 staff members in Africa how to video chat, how to create/submit/manage online forms, how to use social media, how to take better photos and how digitally share docs/photos/videos with staff halfway across the world. Many of the women I trained had never even TOUCHED a computer before I met them... so I'm sure that you are lightyears ahead of where they started.
✅ This ain't my first rodeo: 1,200+ students have completed my other online courses about planting design. I've also taught tech-related online courses about marketing and Facebook advertising. The most common feedback I receive is that my lessons are always "easy to understand and get straight to the point."
